Responsible for Applications Support

技术支持

 

Main  Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责  :

  1. Conduct operator training for end users after installation of instruments

设备安装后为终端用户提供操作培训

  1. Solve application product problems promptly and completely

及时完整的解决产品技术问题

  1. Conduct product technical training for Sales / Engineers/Distributors

为销售人员、维修工程师和经销商提供技术培训

  1. Maintain/update products information promptly

维护并及时更新产品资料

  1. Visit client regularly and promotes reagent for value-based management

定期拜访客户,推广公司试剂提高价值管理

  1. Pay periodic visits to Key Accounts for getting user feedbacks on our products and services

对重点客户进行定期拜访,以得到用户对于产品及服务的回馈

  1. Work closely with Service Engineer and Sales team in order to support sales effort, including pre-sales promotion

与维修工程师和销售人员紧密合作以全力支持销售活动,包括售前产品推广

  1. Coordinate instrument installation with Service Engineer and Sales

协助维修工程师和销售人员安装设备

  1. Coordinate customer evaluation of products

协助客户进行产品评估工作

  1. Assist customers in the interpretation of test results

协助客户解释测试结果

  1. Assist in yearly budgeting exercise and prepares monthly report

协助制定年度计划,提交月报

  1. Other task assigned by line manager

部门经理安排的其他任务

  1. Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition

遵循商业行为准则,合法合理开展业务活动

 

 

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:

1.          At least Bachelor Degree in pathology or Appropriate Science or Medical discipline.

大学以上学历,医学、药学或生物学相关专业

2.          Proficiency in both spoken and written English

熟练掌握英语口语及书面表达

3.          Good command of MS office software application

熟练应用微软办公软件

4.          Product & Application Expertise

产品和应用的专业知识
