Accountability:

- Handle project cargo (flat rack, open top) booking requests exporting Asia. - Coordinate with OP/Vessel Planner/Sales teams/Other department for smooth cooperation; - Send PCT shipments (B/A) release instruction and monitor PCT(OT,FR) cargo status; - Distribute and reply emails timely in shared mailbox; - Keep SOP updated for the assigned tasks; - Handle phone with proper etiquette according to company standards; - Enhance customer satisfaction from customer visit and survey; - Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team leader Requirements: - Senior students in university, good communication skills and teamwork; - Customer Oriented, Proactive and willing to take ownership; - Good problem solving skills; - Constant care on all processes; - High compliance of business practices and regulations. - Project cargo (flat rack, open top) experience is preferred. 工作内容: - 处理亚洲出口特种箱（平板箱，开顶箱, 超大件货物）订舱需求。 - 能够与操作/销售/其他区域的同事 进行紧密有效的沟通 - 及时放舱给订舱人， 并做好后续跟踪 - 及时回复客人的电邮 - 保证并不断提高日常工作质量 - 有礼节， 并符合公司规定地与客人， 或者公司内部人员进行有效沟通 - 从客户访问和调查中提高客户满意度 - 能够执行团队领导交办的其他特殊任务 职位需求: - 大四在校或研究生在校学生， 需保证每周工作日可到岗3~4天 - 有良好的沟通技巧和团队精神 - 以客户为导向，积极主动。 - 善于解决问题 - 工作认真仔细 - 遵守商业惯例和法规
