职位描述:
Office Maintenance: 1. Receive visitors and handle in-coming call inquiries 2. Deal with out-going and in-coming express issues 3. Maintain Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou office regularly: facilities, environment, cleanness, maintaining the office in an orderly manner 4. Provide administrative support, purchasing stationaries, water and other related stuff 5. Contact with property management when requested 6. Handle all monthly payments of office and check the bills ,including air flight, courier, so as to control cost 7. Be responsible for the offices relocation or redecoration when requested Support Business Travel relevant: 1. Booking Air tickets and manage hotel reservations 2. Renewal the contracts with hotels every year, ensuring a good corporate price 3. Monitor employeesbooking habit obey to company T&E policy to control cost 4. Assist to purchase overseas travel insurance when the employee takes business trip abroad New Employeeson boarding: 1. Update contact list and handle company name card printing issues 2. Prepare stationaries, dispatch and keys for new employees Support Activity: 1. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee events and other activities related  2. Coordinate monthly birthday party Visa Related: 1. Issue the invitation letter for foreign employees 2. Booking restaurant or purchasing lunch for the meetings if request
