In order to strengthen our professional Executive Service Team, we are looking for an ambitious and talented Recruitment Researcher for executing and supporting international staffing projects in China and overseas.
Title & Role: Researcher (调研员,猎头部)
Responsibility:
- Research and gain market insights for industry specific target companies for Executive Search Projects
- Data collection and talent market trends analysis
- Identify potential candidates for talent search projects via cold call and support with the interview arrangement
- Preparation of documents and reports (including company long list, briefing notes, presentations and reports)
- Update and maintain information of the database in regards to candidates and client information
- Business development support for the Executive Search Team
- Support of administrative related department tasks
Requirement:
Education: Final year student in Business Administration, Economics, HR or related major
Languages: Good verbal & written communication skills in English & Chinese; CET6 or above.
Experience & Skills:
- Relevant intern experience in Marketing, Consulting and Recruitment
