Responsibilities: 1、Conduct telephone interview for the of position intern, part time and etc. 2、Filter resumes in recruitment advertisement websites for junior positions 3、Seek for good channels to publicize recruitment advertisements in campus 4、On boarding support for BJ staff (on boarding package collection) 5、Documents filing and maintenance 6、Administrative support related to recruiting affairs Requirements: 1、Attendance: 4 days per week/at least for 6 months 2、Bachelor degree or above, prefer majoring in HR or Management related 3、Be open, good at communication/collaboration, good team player 4、Fluent English and good application in MS office tool: word, excel and PPT
