Work closely with other members in China Associate Service Center (ASC) and China HR team to execute Data or HR operation related administration support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for master data input and updated under clear instruction.
2. Generate monthly and ad hoc reports (e.g. monthly active name list, monthly turnover report, monthly MDM report etc.) under clear instruction.
3. Prepare HR related announcements released in time.
4. Provide support to HR Operation, C&B team on year-end Recognition, merit, promotion and salary adjustment, transfer related administration.
5. Complete any other task requested.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Bachelor degree, be familiar with MS office especially with Excel, Word.
2. Honest, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
3. Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
4. Have innovative and hi-tech idea.
5. Prefer IT Background candidates.
