Job Responsibilities:
1. Support employees labor contract renewal process
2. Logistic support the New Employee Orientation
3. Support Shared Service specialist for data verification, audit ect.
4. Other administration work
Requirements:
1. Student in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Management or English;
2. Has similar practice in HR related area;
3. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English;
4. Good team player and fast learner with detail-oriented mindset;
5. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office tools especially in Excel, Power Point and Word.
Qualifications:
1. 大三以上本科/研究生,有HR 招聘实习经历的同学优先考虑,研一/大四保研同学优先考虑
2. 一周可以工作3个工作日,实习期三个月以上
