Job Duties: 1. Assist logistics in handling daily import and export shipping processes; 2. Help in monitoring the flow of cargos; 3. Glovia data input & update; 4. Logistics filing, including quotes, shipments, import, etc.; 5. Go to Customs Office or CIQ to apply for necessary import and export docs; 6. Communicate with broker to do the goods clearance; 7. Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner; 8. Assist other materials roles (Procurement, Scheduling) as required by workload; 9. Other things requested by Supervisor. Requirements:   1. Major in Logistics, Foreign Trade, or other related fields; 2. Relevant intern experience in logistics/foreign trade is a plus; 3. Good communication skills both in English and Chinese; 4. CET-6 or above; 5. Good computer skills, including WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, etc.; 6. Ability to learn and use ERP, and shipping software; 7. Detail-oriented, with good planning, organization and execution capabilities, able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure; 8. Good work ethic and team work spirit; 9.
