Brief Task Description: 1. To support HRBP in order to maintain the database up to date 2. Be responsible for Monthly Organizational Charts updating for E&C SH Center. 3. To follow the hiring plan reporting chart for whole center. 4. To support HRBP and Training responsible in collecting training needs 5. To Support HRBP to develop a hiring plan and proceed the procedure. 6. To support HRBP in Development of and Orientation Program for new hire. 7. To support HRBP in put in place an Internal Communication plan. 8. other ad hoc job tasks Qualifications: - At least Bachelor in-study with major in managerial and law related, HR major and Master in-study are preferred - HR internship experience in multinational companies is preferred - Strong analysis skill and data-sensitivity, good intelligence - Strong communication skills, proactive - Fluent English in both written and verbal 注:该实习无留用,请应届生慎投。
