Mission & Main Tasks:
Team support in terms of talent acquisition, on boarding, succession plan, talent development during the whole lifecycle of our employee in Audi China.
Job Duties:
Recruitment support
- Responsible for job posting to all recruitment channels
- Responsible for first round CV Screening
- Responsible for interview arrangement
- Other recruitment related support
Daily operation support
- Documents filing
- Team meeting minutes edit
- Reference letters support
- Global assignment application management
- Global employee contract extension edit
- Master file maintenance
- Case study summarize
- BP calendar management
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor studies in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or similar studies
Professional and Personal Skills:
- Advanced knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Be interested in HR related topics
- Ability to work self-organized and be proactive
- Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
- Good at time management
- Team player
Language Skills:
- Chinese and English (Fluent on both speaking and writing)
Internship Period:
- 5days/week
- Total duration minimum 6 months
