Responsibilities职责: Recruitment招聘: · Assist to update job advertisement and contact with external vendors if necessary; 协助更新各招聘渠道的广告并在必要时与各供应商联系; · To organize the interview schedule with candidates; 组织、安排候选人面试; · To conduct telephone interviews of basic positions if needed; 在必要时协助完成电话面试; Training培训: · Assist to collect the external training information、 training venue etc. 协助搜集各培训机构的相关信息; · Assist to summarize the employee Individual Learning Plan. 协助整理员工培训计划及需求; Employee Relations员工关系: · Assist to handle employee personal issues, e.g. residences permit application, invitation letter, etc; 协助处理员工关系事宜,例如:居住证的申请,各类证明等; · Assist expatriates to apply/renew working/residence permit, search apartment, kindergarten, when necessary; 协助外籍员工申请/更新工作或居住证,必要时协助寻找公寓、学校等; · HR system update of employee basic information if necessary; HR系统的员工资料录入及更新; · Documentations filling, update & summarize, e.g. Employee’s personal file, Performance Management files, etc.; HR文件的归档、整理及汇总,例如:员工个人档案,绩效评估等; · Assist to arrange Employee Activities and contact with employee or external vendor is needed. 协助各项员工活动,并在必要时联络各供应商; Requirements/要求: · Ability to work at least 3 days per week; 每周至少工作3天; · Junior students and major in Human Resources Management is preferred; 在校学生,人力资源相关专业优先 · Proficient in both written and spoken English is necessary; 精通英语,口语及书写; · Good Computer skills, e.g. Words, Excel, PPT, etc. 良好地计算机应用能力,例如:Words, Excel, PPT等; · Dealing with business independently and processing well communication skill; 能够独立处理事务,并具有良好的沟通能力; · Smart, hard working and responsible; 理解能力强,工作努力负责;
