Generally, the work is to help the team with operational and administrative issues.
Specifically, it includes
Collect and sort the customer contracts from each dealer and compare with the orders in system
Initiate the service fee payment process incl. (i) dealer letter to inform how much service fee will be paid, (ii) collect Fapiao from dealer and make sure the amount and content are correct; (iii) forward to Finance for later payment
Send template customer contract to dealer per request
Help team members with other flexible work
Requirements
Sensitive to data and careful in daily work
Skillful in MS office, especially Excel
Able to work in English working environment
Available for at least 6 months (prefer 4 or 5 days a week)
