Position Summary:

The legal intern will be expected to assist the Commercial Contract Manager to manage the commercial contracts arising from our expanding business in China. This will cover a broad range of legal documents including charter contracts and sales representative agreements we have with travel agencies and any other contracts. Major responsibilities will include document management, inserting commercial terms into contract templates, contract drafting and signing status checking, legal research, etc.

Basic Requirements:

- 2nd or 3rd year student obtaining LLM or JM or 4th year undergraduate student from a top Chinese law school;

- A high level of English proficiency;

- Diligent, self-motivated and team player;

- Previous internship experience in a law firm or a multinational company preferable.
