Responsibilities:
1. Assist in process of making and reviewing HSEQ flash, newsletters, etc;
2. Assist in collecting HSEQ data and preliminarily analyzing;
3. Assist in meeting rooms and conference calls schedule and booking;
4. Assist in sorting out the department documents;
5. Other tasks assigned by other colleagues.
Requirements:
1. 3 days a week;
2. Interest in HSEQ work;
3. Good command of written English and PC skills;
4. Good communication skills and open minded;
5. Work hard and good attitude.
