Responsibilities/Duties:
Responsible for receptionist and telephone transform
Arranging for the dispatch and collection of documents
Arranging and coordinating the meeting schedule, set up video or teleconferences and preparation of meeting packs.
Managing office supplies, stationery and storage space.
Booking the hotel and flight tickets.
Responsible for new comer’s on boarding procedure
Check all the company bill lists and make the payment monthly
Provide other administrative support to other departments when assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
Good spoken & written English
Good command of Microsoft office
Team work spirit, diligent with good organization ability
