职位描述：

Job responsibilities:

Screen & monitor Klook’s public facing channels

Review portals: google reviews, iOS App Store, Google play Store, app reviewing sites

Forums: Tripadvisors forum, lonelyplanet forum, meetup, yelp, reddit, etc

Social media (only urgent / crisis-leading matters): IG, Twitter, Facebook (TW, HK, global)

Work with CEG to draft replies in respective channels (replies will be sign-off before they debut).

Work location: Shenzhen

Time Schedule: minimal 3 days / week

Qualifications:

With prior social media, PR internship experiences is preferred.

Undergraduate sophomore or above.

Proficient in English (IELTS 7.0+)

Raise/onboard date: ASAP
