职位描述:
Job Description Administrative support: supporting of staff of sales department in general administrative tasks and general office affairs, such as scheduling of team meetings, arrangement of business trip, procurement and maintenance of department assets, and logistics support for other internal activities

Billing and contracting: administration of contract signature and coordinate with assistants of client on PO issuing

 Raising proposal from outsider perspective with regard to existing operation procedures or new business requirement

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree 3rd/4th Year of University or above

• May work up to 8 hours per day at full time status (4 days per week is a preferred)

 Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)

• Good communication skills

• Solid record of past internship and/or participation in meaningful extra-curricular activities

• Good teamwork skills and an ability to learn quickly / Accuracy / Ability to work independently / Initiative / Fluency in English
