Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Post on recruiting job boards, fully utilize social media and sourcing strategies.
Actively source and review applications and resumes; forward applicable resumes to appropriate manager, conduct pre-screenings and interviews within applicable local laws and regulations.
Maintain applicant files, appropriate records, and statistics.
Set up and maintain a sufficient candidate database and talent pool, submit recruiting report periodically, and keep a good and appropriate contact with all candidates including both qualified and unqualified candidates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development or HR Field equivalent preferred.
Excellent knowledge of recruiting techniques.
Excellent communication, time management, organization and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English.
