Job description:
1. Support China Campus Recruiting Team for Employee Branding and Campus Promotion. Such as Campus Talk, Campus Lecture;
2. Facilitation on Interview process, such as consolidate the CVs, Interview and Accessment Center arrangement and recruitment data analysis;
3. Coordinate with Recruiting Manger to managing the recruitment channel, like Wechat, Website, Recruitment system;
4. Other relevant task assignment.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master student, preferably in human resources or business related discipline;
2. Good organization and coordination skills;
3. Strong attention to detail;
4. Superior English and Chinese writing and editing skills with close attention to detail;
5. Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
