Responsibilities
HR Role
·Maintain staff attendance and leave records, assist to leave management;
·Responsible for reception candidates and assist interview arrangement;
·Assist to staff training supporting, including internal and external;
·Assist to maintain and update staff personal file and data base.
Admin Role
·Assist Admin operational functions by conducting company events & activities;
·Provide spectrum of general office administration support, including procurement of equipment & supplies, maintenance, courier services etc.;
·Stationary management including distribution and stock management.
Other Responsibilities
·Assist HR & Admin Manager in regular works;
·Participate in other HR and Admin duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
·Undergraduate student, major in Human Resource, Business Administration Management or related disciplines;
·At least 3 workdays per week;
·Generally understand HR knowledge
·Good communication skill, problem solving skill and know how to deal with confidential information;
·Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin Chinese, TOEIC 700 is a plus;
·Familiar with Word/Excel/PPT/Outlook software;
·Positive and proactive team player with strong sense of responsibility; ·HR professional qualification holder is preferred.
