Assist to implement recruiting strategies which may include coordinating advertisements (job board and networking), CV collecting & screening, interview, offering, on board orientation.
Assist to maintain recruitment system, job portals and others as required;
Assist recruiter to do the first screening of incoming applications in recruitment system;
Assist to arrange interviews for Department Managers and Management;
Assist to complete and submit weekly recruitment report as required;
Assist to new employees onboard & exit;
Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
University degree of Bachelor or above; major in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration and other related fields;
Good in both oral and written English;
Proficient in the usage of OFFICE, especially Word, Excel ;
Good communication & coordination skills;
Good planning and organization skills;
Self-motivated and proactive;
Team player and flexible;
Can work under pressure.
