质量工程师（实习生）   主要工作目的: 跟踪识别开发中存在的进度或质量问题 Identify quality problems or risks and follow up the corrective action during the development 协助完成产品审核 Support for the product audit 日常质量数据的统计 Quality data collect   主要工作职责: 参与新项目开发，跟踪识别开发中存在的进度或质量问题，并采取合适的方式报警或解决问题，与项目人员合作确保供应商能在规定的时间内交出合格的样件并达到批量生产的能力。 Participate new project development, Identify quality problems or risks and follow up the corrective action during the development, use proper method to solve or alarm issues, cooperate with project team members to make sure supplier is able to deliver qualified samples within defined time line and the production process meet the series condition. – 定期到供应商的现场进行过程评审和产品实物质量监控，及时发现问题和潜在的风险，并能有力有效地采取措施确保供应商按时，按质，按量的交付。 TImely do product and process audit at suppliers' manufacturing location, able to identify problems and potential risks and proper method is adopted to make sure supplier can deliver qualified product according to contracted volume on time 对于项目开发中或批量交付中产生的质量问题，能用8D的方法去判明问题，采取有效遏制措施，分析并验证问题的根本原因，确认并跟踪整改对策。 For series quality issues happened in project development and series delivery, use 8D method to judge correct problem description, use effective containment action, analyze and verify root cause of the issue thus confirm and follow up corrective actions.   岗位任职资格:    -机械专业，能读懂机械类图纸Mechanical major，Capable of understanding mechanical drawing 有在工厂车间类的的现场实际经验为佳 On hand experience in production workshop perfer 能用英语与国外同事进行口头/书面交流 Capable of communication oversea colleagues in oral and written English 男性为佳Male prefer   采购工程师   主要工作职责: 1 新项目供应商的基础管理 2 供应商数据的维护 3 采购订单的录入及管理 4 供应商发票及付款的追踪 5 其它上级安排布置的工作 岗位任职资格:    1 有较强的沟通能力 2 工作认真细致有条理，责任心强，具有较强的团队合作精神 3 有一定的抗压能力，吃苦耐劳     项目管理   主要工作目的:       从项目的获取至项目量产后6个月，负责帮助项目经理协调项目各方面工作；确保客户满意，保证项目的质量、成本和交付各项目标，同时在整个项目周期中保证项目的盈利性。     主要工作职责: 1.   文化认同：认同公司企业文化，遵循企业流程和团队利益； 2.   文件处理工作：按项目经理的安排，收集、整理符合内外部格式需求的项目文件和数据，并输出给项目经理; 3.   项目团队内沟通工作：传递信息，
