1. Key Accountabilities
1) Perform a wide variety of supports for HR Department on recruiting, training and C&B module.
2) Review and screen candidate profiles of job applicants, support in the coordination of interviews with hiring teams where possible.
3) Support on organize and archive the attendance Status of all the staff.
4) Related data maintenance and report.
5) To participate projects management whenever it is needed.
6) Organize departmental meetings/activities with HR initiatives and creative approach.
2. Requirements
1) Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR or related.
2) Good English written and oral ability.
3) Good office skills, such as Excel, Word and PPT.
4) Good communication skills, teamwork and positive for work.
