Responsibility(岗位职责)
1. Assist in recruiting non-professional employees; searching candidates, conduct telephone interview, arrange interviews for candidates and hiring managers; 2. Prepare on-boarding and exit documents and arrange for the employee actions such as new join and leavers; 3. Assist in contract renew signing and employee’s files collection; 4. Assist in issuing HR relevant certificates for Employee (except salary certificate); 4. Assist in team projects, preparing data (such as training, OnTrack) tracking and consolidation etc; 5. Collect intern attendance and other information for HR monthly transactions; 6. Other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualification (岗位要求)
1. College, University, or equivalent degree in human resource management related;
2. 4 days per week, 6 months at least;
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
4. Fluent in both written and oral English;
5. Good communication skills with pro-activeness, team work spirit, accountability and ownership.
