Responsibilities -Procurement and maintenance of store merchandise and staff uniforms -Marketing event coordination: ensuring we have staffing, cars, supplies and agenda planned for events -Marketing fleet coordination: moving cars between store locations or into service centers for maintenance as needed -Outside vendor coordination: office supplies, food/beverage service, store maintenance, flowers, janitorial, car detailing -Covering sales floor during peak traffic hours and assisting with lead collection and test drives as needed -Assisting Store Manager with weekly staff schedules -Distributing store operations policies and updates to team -Assisting team with running reports and compiling weekly store analysis -Store Maintenance: overall store appearance/condition, dealing with IT issues, etc. -Assisting Store Manager to handle other possible financial and admin process. Requirements -Strong organization and communication skills -Proficient in Microsoft Excel and proven ability to learn new systems quickly -Self-starter who is goal-oriented, highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast paced environment -Superior attention to detail -Customer service experience a plus -Positive, enthusiastic and passionate mindset -Ability to engage any and all customers in stimulating conversation -Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner that others want to work with -Willingness to work on a flexible schedule
