Job Summary:
Support the HR Supervisor to provide HR consultancy to recruitment business, ensure the implementation of HR process and policy
Principal Responsibilities:(主要工作职责)
(1) Monitor and update the employee information and filling with internal data system
(2) Daily administrative work of HR department and assist to internal recruiting work
(3) Employ benefit operation support, support like monthly birthday party/ team building arrangement
(4) Other HR assignments
Requirements: (任职要求)
(1) Education 教育程度
University 大学学历
CET-4 or above 大学英语四级及以上
(2) Job competencies 岗位所需胜任力
Good working and proactive attitude
良好的工作态度及前摄力
team work spirit and value importance
团队合作精神及价值理念
Good written and spoken English relative to working knowledge
与工作相关的良好的英语读写能力
Experience in using Microsoft office applications, including word, power point and excel and project
