- Take the receptionist role.
- Handle Administration tasks for the project teams.
- Assist to maintain departmental records.
- Maintain office facilities (conference rooms, training rooms, store room, filing etc.).
- Assist in the maintenance of company property and equipment.
- Schedule appointments, arrange meetings and make travel arrangements.
- Document preparation (Copy/Scan/Filing).
- Support other Admin colleagues to fulfil the assigned tasks.
- Yr2018 colleague graduate, can be on board at least 3 working days per week.
- Familiar with MS office tools.
- Good communication skill.
- Good command of English.
