职位描述：
Applicant Requirements: Looking for people who are already in mainland China with a working legal status in mainland China and willing to move to Shanghai. Teaser development, confidential memorandum development, and other materials development - will be the major work. Pitching deals face to face or over conference call to top executives of the leading Chinese companies and most prestigious PE/VC firms will be a large part of the position. Good English reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills - no need to speak Chinese at all. Responsibilities: Buy-side & Sell-side Cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions: Deal Origination Help reach out to Managing Directors/Partners of sell-side investment banks or Chairmen of The Board or CEOs of seller companies to source acquisition and investment opportunities in U.S. and developed European countries for the leading Chinese institutional buyers in the industries Chinese institutional buyers are fond of such as the Technology and Healthcare industries and keep the good quality deal pipeline full Develop teasers for approved targets and summarize investment highlights of the deals in English Help pitch acquisition and investment deal opportunities to the Chairmen of The Board or CEO/CIO/CFO of the industry leading publicly-traded Chinese companies or Principles/Managing Partners of the most prestigious Chinese Private Equity funds, mostly during the morning Beijing time (evening time Eastern time) Help manage NDA and other necessary legal documents execution between Chinese institutional buyers and seller companies Help manage first round preliminary investment banking due diligence on behalf of Chinese institutional buyers on the target companies and report key findings of due diligence for Chinese institutional buyers Help develop non-binding letter of intent (LOI) for Chinese institutional buyers Help develop Official Institutional Clients (OIC) and Strategic Business Partners pitch books Help manage buy-side engagement agreements
