Product Marketing Intern

Job Summary职位概述: Support products management and marketing promotion work. 协助产品管理和市场推广工作。

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 : 1. Good understanding of the product and relevant clinical knowledge. 学习理解所负责的产品，以及相关临床知识。 2. Being able to read, interpret and apply product materials provided from Global for local promotion use. 能够对总部提供的产品信息进行阅读，翻译，并良好的应用于中国市场的产品推广。 3. Cooperate with relevant functions for new product registration，pre-marketing activities management. 与相关同事和部门合作，快速顺利的完成新产品的注册工作, 负责上市前产品/项目管理。 4. Follow up product promotion strategy, sales policy, tactic plan. Keep identify product outstanding features and selling points under dynamic market condition. 执行产品推广销售的策略，销售政策和具体行动方案。在动态市场环境下，积极持续挖掘产品的卖点。 5. Keep good sales tracking data system with frequent updated. Accomplish sales data analysis assignment. 应用并及时更新销售数据，并销售数据进行的细致合理的分析。 6. Cooperate with, support and push sales to execute sales plan and monitor sales achievement periodically. 帮助，推动销售同事事实销售方案，并定期监控达标情况。 7. Coordinate with relevant functions to handle product quality issue. 与相关部门同事合作，处理产品质量问题。 8. Support line manager to make and frequently update promotion and sales support materials. 辅助上级主管制作并时常更新产品宣传和销售支持材料。 9. Support line manager to make product training materials and provide training to sales team of both RDSL and distributors’. 辅助上级主管制作产品培训教材，并向罗氏和经销商的销售团队提供产品培训。 10. Work closely with NPT MKT team members; proactively look for solution and opportunity to co-promote the cardiac product with other products based on NPT platform. 与NPT其他市场同事积极配合，主动寻找与其他NPT产品共同推广的机会和解决方案。

11. Constant visit and keep good correspondence with KOL. 经常拜访并和KOL保持良好的沟通。 12. Constant visit and keep good correspondence with distributors. 经常拜访并和经销商保持良好的沟通。 13. Organize Promotion activity in clinical conference related; Participate exhibition/conference sponsored by Roche. 积极参与学会的会议，并合理安排相关活动；参与罗氏的展会等活动。
