Main responsibilities

Sealed bidding execution, including

handover from buyer after pre-quotation, 

arrange sealed bidding meeting, 

hold the sealed bidding meeting，

deliver meeting minutes summary.

Routine tracking and support manager for Sealed bidding related process analysis.

Other sourcing related analysis and communication.

Required qualifications

Bachelor degree or above.本科或以上学历

Fluent English both in writing and speaking流利的英文口语与书面语 

Good communication 沟通能力强

Proactive and take initiatives 积极主动

Responsible , accountable and detail oriented 负责，注重细节

Passion and capable to work under high pressure business environment 有激情，能在高压环境下工作

At least 3 days onsite work per week. 一周至少出勤三天

And normally 2-3 days in Hongkou, 1-2 day in Jiading. 2-3天在虹口办公室，1-2天在嘉定办公室
