Responsibilities:

• Systematically screen and filter the subscriber database to find if there’s any information missing

• Assist database marketing team to import or sort contents and pictures to the content pool according to certain categories

• Sending emails to or calling readers, online subscribers, product users and event participants to ask for feedback or suggestions

• Assist database marketing team in brainstorming about promoting customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in advertising or marketing preferred 

• Proficiency in English, reading especially

• Basic office computer skills

• A person person, who is able to make cold calls and actively be in touch with readers/customers/users and subscribers
