Job Description:

-Supporting the marketing team for PR, digital and other exposures clipping collected (both ATL and BTL); product shooting; press release translating; store signage and POP design; VM floorplan & window layout preparation etc. -Support retail marketing with store activities and promotional programs. -Research competitors’ store campaign (new launch, promotion, events, CRM etc.). -Updating marketing calendar and master files by week. -Responsible for GWP inventory management. -Manage marketing & communication files and follow up the payment process. -Responsible for collecting weekly VIC database, preparation and analysis of CRM reports by week. -Responsible for marketing meeting minutes. -Support other ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements: -Excellent design technical, proficiency in design software: Photoshop, Adobe illustrator etc. -Fluent in written English and Mandarin. -Good luxury sense and attention to detail. -Willing to work under pressure and respecting deadline. -Well organized and logical thinking, good at numeric reporting and data analysis -Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
