Job Description

1. Assist with data collecting and analyzing

2. Maintain basic data in SAP, Supply On, internal system Pilum etc.

3. Contact suppliers, e.g. send RFQ (request for quotation) and track the status

4. Support buyers with information exported from data base

5. Support meeting materials and reports preparation

6. Others

Requirements: 1. Bachelor or above degree 2. Be patient, attentive and efficiency oriented, proactive and taking responsibility 3. Interest in purchasing 4. Strong sense of logical analysis and good communication skill 5. Fluent in oral and written English 6. Good MS office software skill, esp. excel and word. 7. Able to work at least 4 days a week. At least 6 months

Payment:

115 RMB/Day for bachelor students (Before Tax), 115元/天-本科生（税前）

145 RMB/Day for master students (Before Tax), 145元/天-研究生（税前）
