Job Description: 1. Support creating and reviewing new PR and contacting Ordering Center to release PO. 2. Suppliers simple contact work for issues of PO tracking, good receipt and invoice payment date. 3. Information collection, supplier maintenance, data processing and purchasing contract preparation. 4. Negotiate with suppliers for lower quotation after finding price on Internet. 5. Administrative work: express mail at home and aboard, workshop, meeting booking and material preparation etc. 6.
