PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Assist commercial HR on sourcing qualified candidates 2.Assist HR on sourcing & keeping touch with potential talents 3.Assist recruiter on manage social recruitment website and social media 4.Assist recruiter on documents management and maintain talent tracking 5.Assist recruiter on daily recruitment/ interview coordination 6.Other recruiting related paper work KEY REQUIREMENTS: 1.Bachelor's degree or above, relevant knowledge in human recourses management 。 2.Proactive and eager to learn new system 3.Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English 4.Be able to attend at least 3 days/week, minimum 3 months of internship INTERNSHIP ALLOWANCE: Bachelor's degree: 100/day; Master's degree: 120/day
