1. Responsible for collecting, analyzing and
assorting the recruitment requirement information from various
departments, drafting and organizing the implementation of recruitment
2. Responsible for the development and maintenance of
efficient and cost effective recruitment channel, resources and
approaches to attract and recruit high quality candidates.
3. To coordinate recruitment issues, such as advertisement, interview arrangement, resume filtering, etc.
4. To follow up with updating basic data of the recruitment system
5. Follow up all the logistic issues and provide assistance to the candidates until they come on board.

- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
- Quick learner, adaptable and flexible, initiative and solid judgment abilities
- Strong analysis, negotiation and interpersonal skills
