1. system data upload and maintaining. e.g set up workshop ID in the GMS. 2.send specified emails asked by mentor and notify customers of IT training time 3.set up easy back-end accounts for customers.e.g create TAP account, raise AD request and bind the token with AD. 4.print relevant materials, call customers for checking the address info. and post them.
