PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Interview Arrangement: coordinating with the hiring manager, recruiter and candidate. 2. End – to – end Intern Hiring: responsible for all intern hiring in EMC, including JD posting / understanding the requirements for the position / CV screening / candidate sourcing / interview arrangement / offering , etc. 3. Wechat : daily operation and management. 4. Other assignment arranged by other team members. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Prefer those who can promise an internship lasting 6+ months 2. Have passion in Human Resource, especially interest in Talent Acquisitions 3. Have a good command of English 4. Good at communication 5. Good at MS office software, e.g. word / excel / ppt / ps 6.
