Main responsibilities:

1.Non-production purchase order placing and follow-up ; 2.Work with and support WK\WN\Non-production Purchase Buyer; 3.Work with internal stakeholders to advise the best suppliers for the company; 4. Manage all contract information on Purchasing process (create supplier, upload contract to PUMA system, NPP report...and so on) ; 5.Achieve cost saving through cost analysis and negotiation with suppliers 6. Assist buyer to follow out ND purchasing policy and procedure. 7. Identify process improvement opportunities within the Non-Production Purchasing function through proposing changes to Management, and where appropriate, driving these improvement opportunities forward. Requirements: 1.English CET 6 is plus ; 2. Can work in site at least 3 days+ per week; 3.Efficient with excel, word and other software; 4.Be able to work under pressure; 5. Outgoing / Initiative spirit.
