Job description / Mission

1 Be responsible for balancing the supply and demand of all assigned inventory items while taking into consideration both transportation and inventory carrying costs.

2 Coordinate the material side of subcontracting the assembly of to back flush locations.

3 Review Movex MRP output daily to balance demand and supply of all assigned items

4 Release new orders to cover demand. Place orders for previously sourced items with the vendor.

发布新订单，向供应商订购物料

5 Provide accurate and timely promise dates for all assigned inventory items. Adjust and control supplier delivery based on Movex MRP proposal. Meet material planning schedule with minimum inventory consideration.

利用Movex MRP系统以及小库存规划交货日期

6 Resolve the disposition of obsolete and slow moving inventory.

解决滞销库存问题

7 Maintain relevant data elements including lead-time, order policy, safety stock, and all order modifiers.

维护相关数据，包括交货期，订单政策等

8 Communicate priorities to both vendors and plant personnel.

与供应商和工厂人员沟通

9 Maintain open and effective communications with all personnel regarding supply problems and their resolutions.

就供应问题维持有效，公开的沟通

10 Develop and implement inventory pull-systems to include Supplier Kanbans and in-plant management processes.

11 Resolve disposition of rejected material within three working days with quality and sourcing departments.

解决拒收物料问题

12 Work with importing and exporting specialist to go through customs declaration of oversea POs

13 Work with shipping to ensure parts are crated and shipped to subcontractor in time to meet production schedule.

14 Interact with subcontractor regarding all aspects of work involved to get subcomponents assembled on time.

Competence requirements任职要求

1 Computer knowledge: familiar to ERP and office software.

熟悉ERP系统和基本办公软件

2 Be familiar to importing and exporting process.

熟悉进出口贸易流程

3 Ability to conduct root cause analysis and Strong problem solving skills

4 Initiative and the ability to work well with others.

5 Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English.

中英文读写

Good organizational skills.

Knowledge / Educational requirements

1 Bachelors Degree in related field.

本科以上学历

2 Having experience in Movex system is preferred.

有Movex经验尤佳
