1. Support for purchasing orders in SAP 2. Supplier data maintenance in PMD system 3. Coordinate relationships among internal business partners , external suppliers and financial colleagues 4. Maintain supplier white lists 5. Administrative work: ordering meeting room, meeting material preparation and watering etc. 6. Other support tasks for mentor and the department Requirements: 1. Willingness and security to work fulltime (at least 4 days/week) for 6 months 2. Fluent English in speaking and writing (at least CET-6, will do translation work and phone calls overseas) 3.
