Responsibilities:
1. Make phone calls to candidates to invite them for interviews
2. Communicate with HR and senior managers and arrange interviews according to their schedule
3. Book meeting rooms via online system
4. Make bi-weekly report on recruitment progress
5. Assist with other recruitment activities
6. Other HR-related tasks Requirements: 1. Good command of English and Chinese, both oral and written
2. Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, flexible, team player and quick-learner
3. Good computer skills
4. HRM intern experience is a plus, but not a must
