Job Duties:

1. Assemble sales and marketing support materials;

2. Assist the translation of documents including contracts, agreements, brochures, news release, bidding documents, Competitor’s information etc.;

3. Assist with market research;

4. Assist with making bidding documents to support sales person, presentation and proposals preparation;

5. Design marketing collateral, may include graphic and video. 

6. Construct and maintain China website, assist China social media marketing； 

7. Become knowledgeable of Daktronics products by assisting in product demonstration and promotion;

8. Contact clients to qualify projects and introduce Daktronics via phone calls and emails；

9. Search and qualify leads by utilizing online subscribed service, bid sites and the internet；

10. Build and maintain information database including customer contact list, key real-estate companies, design institutes, etc.；

11. Assist presentations, seminars and trade shows；

12. Sometimes delivery of documents is needed;

13. Create and maintain project BOMS/material line & ship level items and some project information in GLOVIA.

14. Check material information for project, working with PM/PC and purchasing to make sure to meet our project target.

15. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Major in English, Marketing, Business Administration, IT is preferred;

2. Computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher.  Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe After Effects and Maya is preferred.

3. Proficient in written English, fluent in oral English and CET-6 is a must;

4. Good team player, active, good communicating skills and result oriented with good organization skills;

5. Quick leaner and work with high efficiency;

6. Must be able to come to office 3 days per week and last for at least 2 months.
