Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist in daily office administration and communication with overseas headquarters; 2. Follow up on products, operations, technical issue with foreign colleagues; 3. Conduct customer satisfaction survey and keep good relationship with key customer; 4. Responsible for customer calls, E-mail consultation, answer customer questions; 5. Other duties assigned by the supervisor in the daily administrative affairs Job Qualification: 1. Good Command of Spoken and Written English skills, 2. Dilligent and capable of handling mutipile tasks and prioritize issues based on urgency 3. Good interpersonal skills; 4. Be able to work at night shift or weekend if needed
