岗位职责：

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible delivery full cycle recruitment

service to our client, you will be:

1, Handling recruitment assignment in your focus business discipline.

2, Communicate with client to understand their business needs and provide

recruitment solution for them.

3, Set up candidate sourcing strategy, identify and evaluate target candidates

according client’s requirement.

4, Solve all conflict and problem during the whole process such as interview

arrangement, offer negotiation, reference check etc.

5, Business development and client maintenance.

任职资格：

1, Bachelor or above degree in relative discipline

2, At least half a year working experience with open personality, related

recruitment or headhunter experience are preferred

3, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4, Result driven and strong desire to success

5, Willing to take challenges and able to work under great pressure

6, Fluent in Mandarin and English
