本岗位仅针对实习生，有机会转正。 工作职责 Key Responsibilities and Duties: ·Responsible for daily production data statistics analysis. ·负责生产日常数据统计分析. ·Support production department for continuous improvement to achieve the KPI target. ·支持生产部门持续改进达成关键指标的目标. ·Coordinate the project team of NPI to follow up the time schedule, implement the project check list to close the project with all documentation available. ·协调项目组成员按时执行项目检查清单的项目任务,准备所有相关项目文件直至项目结束.  ·Assist IE to build up prototype or test series samples. ·协助IE制作样品或测试样件. ·Responsible for the manufacturing instruction and testing instruction update according to IE requirement. ·根据IE的指示对生产操作指引和测试指引的更新. ·Documentation management for IE/AF department. ·负责IE/AF部门的文件档案的管理. ·Support IE for trouble shooting and maintenance. ·支持IE现场故障分析解决和定期维护保养.

·Self motivated, responsible, good communication skills, and be able to proactively resolve issues across departments ·积极主动,认真负责任,良好的沟通能力,能够积极主动地解决跨部门问题 ·Fluent in Mandarin and excellent English reading, writing, & speaking.  ·流利的普通话，优良英语阅读、写作、口语 ·Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook)  ·熟练使用MS软件 ·Willing to learn and do 虚心上进,善于学习与行动 ·大学本科学历, 电气工程、机械工程、工业工程专业 ·Bachelor degree, electrical/mechanical/industrial engineering major
