Job Summary职位概述:
Responsible for working together with business areas (BA) and supporting functions on business process re-engineering, support and coordinating business projects.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Prepare project promotion activities: newsletter, webpage etc.
准备项目推广资料,如月度通讯,网页等
2. Coordinate and support project meetings and relevant activities;
协调和支持项目会议及相关活动;
3. Support various kinds of activities, meetings within PMO;
协调和支持PMO各种活动及会议
4. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:
Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
1. University student
大学学生
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English
熟练掌握英语口语及书面表达
3. Good command of MS office software application e.g. Excel skill
熟练应用微软办公软件
4. At least 3 working days per week
