1. Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)主要工作目标(岗位简介)

The Training Intern role is responsible for CHRIS LSO project , administration and training coordination, streamlining processes whenever possible.  培训培训实习生角色是负责CHRIS LSO系统项目,系统管理和培训的协调。

2.Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任

CHRIS LSO Project Support and  Administration

CHRIS LSO项目支持和系统管理

§ Actively participate in project team and execute LSO project deployment plan effectively. Act as system admin to identify issues and gaps, and ensure they are resolved.

§ 积极参与项目团队和有效地执行LSO项目开展计划。作为系统管理员找出问题和差距,并确保它们得到解决。 

§ Enter training data timely and accurately in cooperate with CHRIS LSO for data transfer

§ 配合CHRIS LSO数据转移,准确地输入培训数据

§ Assist in designing data management process and document established processes, and create new processes for training documentation.

§ 协助设计数据管理流程和文档建立的流程, 建立培训文档新流程。

§ Setup training database and ensure data migration accurately.

§ 建立培训数据库,确保数据迁移准确。 

§ Reach out to PT Shanghai stakeholders to resolve issues related to training scheduling, delivery, documentation, etc

§ 与PT上海的相关部门联系,以解决相关的培训日程安排,交付,文档等问题 

§ File and maintain training documentation for retrieval during site inspections, which includes document indexing and archival at external storage site

§ 归档和维护培训文档以保证审计时能及时检索培训文档,其中包括文件索引和归档在外部存储地点 

Training Course Management

培训课程管理

§ Create and maintain master calendar for training activities, aligning frequency needs to trainer availability and budget constraints. Coordinate with SSC to update training events information in CHRIS LSO, as necessary.

§ 创建和维护的培训活动日历,调整培训师的可用频率和预算限制。协调共享中心更新CHRIS LSO培训活动的信息.

§ Coordinate logistics for learning events including room, food, materials, stationary, registration, confirmations, cancellation, transportation, materials reproduction and equipment arrangements.

§ 协调学习活动,包括房间,食物,材料,文具,登记,确认,取消,交通,教材循环和设备的安排。

§ Assist with maintenance course calendar/catalogue, training resource files, registration site and other program resources.

§ 协助维护课程表/目录,培训资源文件,报名网站和其他项目的资源

§ Maintain good housekeeping of training material and stationary storage

§ 维护培训材料良好的内部管理和固定存储

3.Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

 

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

Bachelor degree holder (equivalent) or above

学士学位或以上

Graduate from management or HR subject

管理或人力资源相关专业

 

Leadership Competencies领导者胜任力

Good interpersonal and communication skill

良好的人际交往和沟通能力

Good team work skill

良好的团队合作能力

Customer Orientation

客户为导向

 

Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力

Positive, fast learning and showing great attention to detail a must.

流利的英语读写说

Skillful about Microsoft Office Software  

熟练使用微软办公软件(Excel)

Experience of GMP training will be preferred.  

GMP培训相关实习经验的优先。
