Job Description & Responsibilities
· Maintain Admin Database and ensure the information in the database is up-to-date
· Follow up the BCP update process with cross-line BCP coordinators
· Facilitate the document preparation for security audit
· Archive contract and call up renewal when the expiration date is approaching
· Provide secretarial work line leader.
Requirements
· Proficiency in oral and written English
· Good at MS office software
· Sense of responsibility and team work spirits
· Good communication skills
· Carefulness and attention to details
· Skills in prioritizing tasks and alertness in time control
· Well-organized with skills in archiving files
