RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support on recruitment CV screening, communicate with HR and Hiring Manager to arrange interviews according to their schedules and book meeting online.
2. Do job fair/campus talk preparation on recruiting materials, scheduling, and interview arrangement etc.
3. Take charge of Personal File Management, and staff training records filing.
4. Support on HR & Admin activities organization
5. Fill in payment form of administration cost
6. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR & Admin manager
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Management or Engineering
2. Proficient in MS office applications especially excel
3. Good communication skill
4. Passionate to develop in HR & Admin function and be efficient under pressure with multi tasks
5. At least work 4-5 days a week and prefer 6+ months
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Good English both in written and spoken, CET-6 is preferred
